Teaching a class at General Assembly in London on Mon 28th of May 2012

In just over a week’s time I’ll be teaching a class over at General Assembly here in London. It’s about designing for multiple devices.

About General Assembly

General Assembly organises a number of classes and events both here in London and in New York focused on the intersection of entrepreneurship, design and technology. There’s always something going on and the full list of classes and events can be found on their website. Next Monday I’ll be teaching the following class:

Designing for Multiple Devices | Monday, May 28th from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

The rise in mobiles and tablets have changed the way we consume and interact with content, but also the way we design and what we base our design approach on. This class will teach you about the shift in user expectations, behaviour- and consumption patterns and what that means for designing products that will be used on multiple devices. Coming out of it you’ll be equipped with guiding principles and tools to tackle the multiple device jungle.

It will be a hands on class where you’ll get to put the examples that we go through into practice and I’m really looking forward to meeting those of you who’ll be there. Do drop me a line before hand if you have any questions. And if you want to come and haven’t yet got your ticket, they can be found on the Eventbrite page.

Hope to see you there.

Anna
