Day 151 | And a little bit of sleep

Scrap that. Just come home from the office, 25 mins before the alarm was supposed to go off. Time to jump in the shower, get ready and jump into the second cab this morning but this time to Heathrow.

Passion

On what entrepreneurship is really about

In the end, it always comes down to passion. A good idea may define a startup, but passion is what defines an entrepreneur and passion should be what drives every freelancer. Day 148 | Week 21 summary

This has been a very busy week. So busy that I failed to post this post (or the other previous two days on time). It’s had me reflect over the future and also write a few lines of advice, to myself, on how to handle the situation.

I can safely say that I’m quite a passionate person. I feel very strongly about the things I really care about. Sometimes that does also make me quite stubborn. Or persistent I should probably say.

Day 140 | Listening and remembering

Today I’ve continued to respond to everyone who wished me a happy birthday and posted on my Facebook wall. It’s touching to see so many people taking the time to write a line and it’s made me think that I should be more organised with keeping track of people who

Why you should write every day

You probably think you have nothing to write about but once you start it gets hard to stop. Honestly. Writing is an incredibly important skill at all levels. By writing every day you reflect on things in a different and clearer way and you become better at expressing yourself. If you haven’t tried writing every day, give it a try for 30 days to begin with. I did it every day of 2012. Seth Godin has done it for years and swears by it.
